What is the Philos Society?
The PS is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving individual self-awareness and to becoming better human beings. It is a non-political and non-religious society that intends to enhance our understanding of existence in the universe. The society is trying to find an answer to “Why we behave the way we do”.

Why do we meet and what happens at our meetings?
What is described in the “Calendar of Events” hyperlink includes the week’s topic, as well as additional philosophy matters are discussed at the meeting.

When are meetings held?
Our meetings are held the first Thursday of each month between 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The meetings may continue past 6:30 pm at the discretion of members when they are involved in intense discussion.
